If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@deuxdonna.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund. Please note that normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage from accidents do not qualify as defects.
